Social Welfare Department (Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly)

With the approval of the Social Welfare Department, you can receive government subsidized home care services provided by OK Care. The service subsidy can be as high as 95%

We are pleased to be approved as a Registered Service Provider of the "Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly" program launched by the Social Welfare Department to provide onsite health care and home support services for a total number of 100 qualified elderly.

Our Professional team provides a wide range of nursing and rehabilitation services by Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physiotherapy Assistants, Occupational Therapist Assistants, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Health Workers, and Personal Care Workers.

From September 2023, we are pleased to extend service scope to equipment rental programs, meal delivery and provision of soft meals, escort and basic home cleaning.

• Rehabilitation Exercise
  Post fracture rehabilitation, Stroke rehabilitation, Exercise therapy, Physical and fitness training, Pain management, Training of domestic helper on patient handling, Wheelchair function training etc.
• Nursing Care
  General health condition, Medical condition assessment, Health condition monitoring, Medicine compliance, Wound care, Injection etc.
• Personal Care
• Tube Feeding, Bathing, Change of clothes, Change of diapers, Turning and positioning in bed, Transfer etc.
• Escort
  Escort for hospital visit, shopping and outdoor activities, Medicine collection, Transportation or Travel etc.
• Elder Sitting
  On-site Carer Training
• ADL training, Home environment modifications, Stroke care, Geriatric care etc.
• Assessment by Professionals
  General health condition and medical condition assessment, Assessment for risk of fall, Home environment safety assessment, Cognitive function assessment (MoCA test), Mood assessment, Daily activity function assessment etc.
• Speech Therapy Service
  Language comprehension and language expression ability training, Pronunciation training, Oral muscle training, Voice training, Smooth language training, etc.," suitable for stroke, cognitive disorders, ryle's tube"
• Home cleaning ( scope of service and terms applied)
• Equipment rental program
