The Healthcare Worker is responsible for taking care of the daily activities of the elderly, chronic and post-surgical patients and etc, so that the elderly and patients can receive professional care at home.
Hold registered Healthcare Worker certificate issued by Social Welfare Department
Elderly, Stroke, cancer, fracture, dementia, pain management, post-surgery, hospital discharged patients
Household, nursing home, hospital
Daily care: To assist in personal hygiene management (e.g. feeding, showering, toileting)
Basic care: To assist in simple wound and tube care, bed mobility, transfering, backslap, simple massaging, monitoring and recording the vital signs and symptoms, exercise
Executing doctor's instructions: To remind and assist patients in taking medicine orally, observe and record medication response
Psychosocial care: To accompany and show empathy to the patient
Others: Accompanying to clinic visits (transportation can be provided), first aids
