Provided by "Care Assistants," this service aims to help users maintain a clean living environment and daily convenience. This service is not professional or industrial-grade deep cleaning; the scope of service focuses primarily on supportive, routine household chores.

Living Room / Bedroom: Vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting furniture surfaces (height under 2 meters), wiping the interior side of windows, assisting with changing duvet covers, bed sheets, and pillowcases, fan cleaning is strictly limited to dusting the surface of the fan guards.
Bathroom: Scrubbing the inside and outside of the toilet, cleaning the washbasin, scrubbing shower walls, wiping mirrors.
Laundry: Responsible for placing clothes into the washing machine. Once the wash cycle is complete, hanging the clothes to dry in designated indoor areas.
(*Note: The assistant is not responsible for interpreting clothing care labels and bears no liability for compensation regarding fabric dye bleeding or shrinkage. For high-value or delicate materials, service users should handle them themselves.)
Kitchen: Cleaning the stove, descaling countertops and sinks, wiping cabinet exteriors, cleaning the surface of the range hood. (If the range hood blades need to be washed, the service user must disassemble and reinstall them; the assistant is only responsible for cleaning the detached parts.)
Trash: Assisting with taking indoor trash to the building's designated collection point.
